We ship from Calgary, Alberta to addresses anywhere in Canada.

Made to order

Every magnet, frame, keychain and print is made just for you. Please allow 2–4 business days for us to make your order before it ships. For large or business orders where we send you a design proof, the making time starts once you approve the proof.

Mugs, blankets and pillows

These are made and shipped by our print partner. They ship separately from the rest of your order and usually take longer, about 2 weeks in total. You won't pay extra shipping for the separate package.

Tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number.

Address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a package comes back because the address was wrong, we'll gladly send it again, but we'll need to charge the shipping cost a second time.

Lost or late packages

If your tracking hasn't moved in 5 business days, or your package says delivered but you can't find it, email us. We'll work with the carrier, and if it's lost we'll remake or resend it.
