Shipping & delivery
Every order is made just for you, so please allow 2–4 business days for us to make it before it ships. Standard shipping across Canada takes 2–8 business days after that, and starts at $6 depending on the weight of your order. Express (1–2 business days) is $20. You'll get a tracking number by email when it ships.
Mugs, blankets and pillows are made by our print partner and ship separately, about 2 weeks in total, at no extra shipping cost.
Returns
Because each item is personalised, we can't take returns or exchanges for a change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, email us at kachyzon@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll remake and resend it free, or give you a full refund.
